Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 2 PM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays.
Changes, cancellations, or reschedules need 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations are charged 50%. Arriving more than 7 minutes late may affect the schedule and could mean rescheduling, so clients are asked to text Maddie if they are running late. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Packages cover three sessions for one area. Most are described as 10% off each service in the set, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when a service is booked on the services page.
Hair is removed with a natural sugar paste, and the business says sugaring also exfoliates the skin and can help refine the look of pores.
