The salon describes its care as clinical-grade and its results as visible.

The facial menu runs from a 25-minute express facial to 60- and 75-minute treatments that address specific concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin, and signs of aging. Options include a Signature Facial with LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage, a Hydro Glow Facial with a cold plunge step, an Oxygen Facial, dermaplaning, chemical peels that begin at $195 with a consultation and skin analysis, and microneedling. A Gentlemen's Facial and a scalp Hot Head Oil Massage are also offered.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, lash refills, removal, lash tints and Korean lash lifts. Clients booking extensions are asked to arrive with clean lashes, without eye makeup, mascara or contact lenses. Threading uses a thin organic cotton thread, and waxing is done with products the salon describes as organic and pregnancy-safe.

Walk-ins are welcome, though clients with appointments are given priority. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, with a charge of 25% of the booked price for late changes. A no-show without prior notice is charged the full booked price, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a 25% late fee. Clients running late should call or text the spa. All services and product sales are final.
