Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from a maintenance gloss, toner or vivid refresh and a lunch-break root cover-up that is not for lightening, through partial and full blonding and accent blonding, up to a Hella Blonding service with global bleach or vivid coloring that includes color correction and runs about six hours. A $5 consultation is offered for big or dramatic changes such as vivid color or extensions, and new clients pay a $2 deposit to book it.

Cut services include dry or add-on trims, a trim with shampoo, a standard haircut for removing about two inches or updating a style, and a longer statement cut for a full transformation. Adding curls to a haircut costs $5 more. The keratin treatment, Keraplasty, uses KeraRX; the salon says it is formaldehyde-free, smooths frizz, reduces drying and styling time, and repairs bonds, and that results can last up to four months.

Booking asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 40% of the appointment cost to the card on file. After a missed appointment with no phone call, the cost of that visit must be paid before rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
