Hair pricing depends on the stylist's level, which is New Talent, Advanced, Senior or Master. A New Talent cut starts at $25, an Advanced cut at $50, a Senior cut at $60 and a Master cut at $70. Men's cuts start at $25 at the Advanced level, $30 at Senior and $35 at Master. Keratin treatments start at $85 at New Talent and rise to $330 at Master.

Nail services are priced in four tiers, from solid color with one design at $55 up to intricate and 3D nail art at $85, with soak offs at $5. Permanent jewelry is priced by piece and metal, in colored enamel, sterling silver and gold filled options across belly chains, rings, bracelets, anklets, necklaces and hand chains. Charms start at $15, clasps are $15 and a reweld fee is $10.

Additional services include spray tan at $50, eyebrow wax at $20, and eyebrow lamination at $50 with a $5 tint add-on. Lash lifts are $70 with an optional $5 tint. Two tea tree scalp treatments are offered: an express version at $25 that is only available as an add-on, and a detox version at $75.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a $50 fee. Service concerns should be raised within two days, and adjustments are made at no cost, usually with the original stylist or with another stylist on request. Stylists work either on commission or as independent contractors.

The salon says its stylists use industry-leading products and techniques and take continuing education programs to keep up with trends, styles and products.
