Highlight services are scheduled by coverage. A mini highlight is placed along the hairline and part line, a partial highlight is placed around the face, crown and top sections, and a full highlight covers the whole head. Partial and full balayage are hand-painted, with partial balayage covering the top and face-framing sections.

Color correction is priced from $300 and rises with the time and product needed. It is intended for major transformations or fixing earlier color work, and a consultation is required before booking. Other offerings include a keratin treatment that smooths frizz and enhances shine, weft extension installation and removal, updos for formal occasions, and women's cuts and styling.

Lash services include two- and three-week lash fills and full-set hybrid lashes.

Hours are Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 5 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Payment plans through Buy Now, Pay Later are available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations carry a 20% fee. Concerns about a service must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment. Completed services are final and not refundable, and any adjustment is at the stylist's discretion and must be booked within 7 days of the original visit. A request for a different color, cut or style than originally agreed is charged as a new service.

The studio centers on blonding and color, with each service scheduled and priced by coverage and time.
