The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients can book online through the salon's website.

Men's services make up a large part of the menu. A men's cut runs 45 minutes and includes a shampoo, hot towel, razor neck shave and styling. The men's deluxe haircut takes an hour and adds a five-minute scalp massage shampoo and a 10-minute hand and arm massage. The Works is the longest option at 1 hour 15 minutes, combining a cut and style, a hot lather neck shave with neck massage, a paraffin hand dip, arm and hand massage, a cleansing facial and two hot towels.
