The studio says its aim is to give every client a high level of care. It states that every service uses hospital-grade sterilization and that it uses HEMA-free and TPO-free products wherever possible.
The Russian Manicure with Gel is a dry manicure with detailed e-file cuticle care, shaping, and one-color gel polish, taking about 90 minutes. It does not include hard gel strengthening or extensions, and Luxury Hand Therapy can be added. Regular polish, dip powder, and acrylic need to be removed before arriving for this service, and French, chrome, cat eye, or nail art are chosen as add-ons when booking.
Hard gel overlays use builder gel, structure gel, hard gel, or Polygel, selected to suit each client's nails. Nail extensions are individually customized. Gel removal is offered for enhancements applied elsewhere, such as Gel-X, when booked with a new manicure or pedicure, and removal of products applied at the studio is complimentary with a new service. Gel polish removal on its own is also available.
Booking changes need at least 24 hours' notice, by phone or email. Shorter notice carries a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service price. Late arrivals may need a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and unconfirmed appointments may be released 24 hours before. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cosmetic services are performed only on healthy nails and intact skin, and services may be adjusted under the studio's Health and Safety Policy.
