Visits begin with a free consultation in which the laser is chosen for the client. The business uses two systems: a DEKA Motus AZ Moveo, a contact device with a chilled sapphire tip that glides over the skin, and a Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, a non-contact device that delivers single pulses with a cooling spray. Settings are picked for each client's skin tone, hair type and comfort, and cooling technology runs during treatment. The business says DEKA sessions are painless, while Candela may cause slight tingling.

Most clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on the area and hair type. The business says a full course can remove up to 90 percent of hair and that results can last from six months to several years. Before a session, clients avoid plucking and waxing for three to four weeks, shave the area 24 hours ahead and skip creams, oils and deodorant on the day. Afterward, hot baths, saunas, workouts and sun exposure are avoided for 24 to 48 hours, and tanning is avoided three days before a DEKA session or 14 days before a Candela session. Between sessions, only a razor should be used.

Body contouring is offered as a non-invasive option for reducing fat deposits, shaping the silhouette and improving skin tone, using vacuum, microvibrations, heat, cold or ultrasound according to the business. Courses are individual, with up to about 10 sessions recommended on average. Med spa treatments include a Volbella under-eye treatment for dark circles and puffiness, and a Smooth Skin Treatment aimed at skin texture, pores and tone.

Clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early for check-in.
