A visit opens with a one-on-one consultation about concerns, goals and medical history, and the clinic uses that conversation to shape a plan. Skin treatments are prescribed and supervised by Dr. Miles. The clinic notes that its medical wellness consultations are not intended for single-visit or prescription-only requests.

Consultations can be booked for new patients, skin analysis, body contouring, injectables, laser hair removal, IV therapy and wellness, and membership. The booking form asks for a preferred morning, afternoon or anytime slot. Hours run Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with the clinic closed on Sundays.

The clinic sells medical-grade skincare through an online shop and offers gift cards. It says its protocols draw on peer-reviewed research and clinical evidence, that the injectable products it uses are FDA-approved, and that its technologies are FDA-cleared.
