Starter locks are offered in two-strand and traditional coil styles, with appointments running several hours. Retightening is available for sisterlocks, microlocs and traditional coil locks, and retwisting with washing and soft styling is offered for traditional locs. Soft Style Only (2 strand) and a moisturizing conditioner treatment or locs detox round out the menu.

The Microloc Special is priced per unit for hair between 4 and 6 inches long with a half-inch by half-inch parting, and the hair needs at least 3 to 4 inches to begin. Extra fees apply for high-density or straight-textured hair, and when hair needs shampooing, detangling or de-matting. Appointments for this service depend on availability and may be moved to another date.

A consultation for $25 is available to talk through the desired service, look at the hair and answer questions. Clients booking the Microloc Special pay a $50 non-refundable deposit by Square link, Zelle or Cash App, and that deposit is applied to the install. Final payment is due on arrival.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no penalty, while later cancellations and arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling adds a $25 late fee. If the stylist starts late, the client can cancel without penalty and any fees are refunded to the card on file. Overdue retightens may require the Over Due Week service or an extra visit if an appointment runs past 3 hours.
