The menu covers the full range of loc work: traditional locs, micro locs, loc styling, creative loc styling, crimping, rodding and loc petals, plus loc latching. The studio also helps clients who are transitioning to natural hair, so it suits people moving away from chemically treated hair as well as those who already wear locs.

New clients start with a free consultation, which is required for every first-time client. A $20 deposit is collected from first-time clients and is non-refundable. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $20 fee.

Along with services, the studio sells Adiva Naturals hair and skin care products and carries handmade jewelry from local artisans.
