The facial menu runs from a 55-minute Express Treatment at $100 to a 90-minute Relaxation Facial at $200. The Brightening Facial uses tyrosinase inhibitors and alpha hydroxy acids for hyperpigmentation, the Decongesting Facial uses beta hydroxy acids for acne and oil concerns, and the Renewing Facial is an antioxidant option. The RoyalSkin Classic is a hydrating facial, and a Back Facial is offered for the back. Add-ons such as high frequency and scalp massage can be added to a facial. Clients who are not yet sure what they need can start with a 30-minute Zoom consultation.

Appointments are booked through the online booking site, which sends confirmation by email and text and reminders 24 and 72 hours ahead. New clients pay a deposit that is nonrefundable and goes toward the service total; amounts depend on the service. Cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours before the appointment carry a charge of half the service price. Children and animals are not permitted at appointments, and extra guests need prior discussion. Squeeze-ins and after-hours visits are arranged directly with Kennedy Pinkett.
