Facial work centers on the Studio Customized Facial, which is shaped to each client's needs so that no two are alike, along with bespoke facials and targeted pigmentation therapies. First-time clients are directed to start with a Virtual Skin Health Consultation or a First Time Client Facial before booking the custom facial. The consultation takes place on Zoom, with a link sent 24 to 48 hours beforehand, and covers skincare, medications and diet, so clients are asked to bring all of their current products. Chemical peels are not given at a first appointment and are carried out according to a plan.

Hair removal covers the bikini line, Brazilian waxing with or without the butt strip, and the Golden Lux Brazilian Vagacial Experience, which combines a full Brazilian wax with a vagacial service and which the studio calls its most popular service. A separate Chocolate Services menu offers underarm, bikini and Brazilian options, with a combined Brazilian and vagacial experience at the top of the range. Brazilian work uses hard wax and a speed technique, and is best repeated every four to six weeks as hair grows back.

Hygiene practices are part of the routine: a new single-use stick is used for every wax application, the studio is latex-free, and only nitrile or vinyl gloves are worn. Guests cannot come into treatment rooms, and clients wait outside or in their car until an esthetician welcomes them in.

Booking can be done online or by calling the studio to speak with the Studio Manager or Lead Esthetician. The Virtual Skin Health Consultation, the Studio Customized Facial and the Brazilian services each require a 25 dollar deposit, which is non-refundable and goes toward the final bill. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, no-shows are charged the full service amount, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a fee. Pay-over-time plans are offered through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.
