Four full set options are offered. The classic set uses a 1:1 method for a natural look and suits first-time clients with a full lash line. The wet set uses a 2:1 method for a more noticeable look, and is recommended for a full natural lash line. The volume set applies handmade 8D-10D fans to each natural lash for a fuller, more dramatic result, and is recommended for sparse lash lines. The wispy set blends classic and light volume with 3-4D fans for a textured look and is the longest appointment.

Fills are booked two to three weeks after a set, within 14-21 days, and need at least 40-50% of the lashes still in place. A fill requires a minimum of 50% of existing extensions; otherwise it is booked as a full set. After two refills, clients need a full set plus removal. Fills over another artist's work are not offered. Removal is recommended after the third consecutive fill. A squeeze-in option is available for appointments booked within 24 hours.

Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, oils, mascara, strip lash glue or foundation, to wash their face and lashes beforehand, and to skip perfume. A valid email address is needed for confirmation and location details. Deposits are non-refundable, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a $20 late fee. Appointments more than 10 minutes late are cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice, a 25% cancellation fee applies to cancelled appointments, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit.
