Every visit begins with a consultation about preferences, facial features and lifestyle, so the design is planned before any lashes are placed. Extension styles run from Classic, which adds one extension to each natural lash for fullness and length, through Hybrid, a mix of Classic and Volume for a look between natural and dramatic, to Volume and Mega Volume, which fan several very lightweight extensions onto each lash. Angel sets, also called wet sets, use 0.03mm extensions for a weightless, wispy effect.

Fills can be booked up to 22 days after the last appointment when at least half the lashes remain, and a mini fill is available within seven days of a regular fill. Extension removal is also offered. Lash lifts take about an hour and results last roughly four to six weeks. Tints use a semi-permanent dye on natural lashes, in a range of shades chosen to suit skin tone and style. The studio is described as relaxed and calm.

Aftercare is simple: avoid rubbing or pulling lashes and skip oil-based makeup removers, which can weaken the adhesive.
