Appointments can be booked by phone, in person, or online, and walk-ins are welcome, though booking guarantees a time slot. Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes early to pick their colors, and arriving 15 or more minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and treated as a no-show. Reservations are held with a credit card or a gift certificate.

The menu covers manicures and pedicures across several tiers, from quick polish refreshes and express options to gel, dip powder, paraffin and hot stone services. Gel removal can be added to several services for an additional fee. Acrylic enhancements and hard gel services are not offered; dip powder and gel extensions are offered in their place.

Most polishes the studio carries are vegan, cruelty free, and free of formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde resin, and camphor. Instruments are sterilized according to state-regulated guidelines, single-use items are thrown away after each use, and the studio has a ventilation system that keeps air moving through the space.

Gift certificates can be bought online or in the studio in any amount and used for services and products. Gratuities are accepted in cash and Venmo but cannot be added to credit card payments.
