Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash for a longer, thicker look and take about 90 minutes from $120. Hybrid extensions mix classic and volume styles from $150, and light volume extensions from $170 are a softer, lighter and more natural-looking option. Volume extensions from $200 layer several lightweight extensions on each natural lash as handmade fans, and wispy volume is $215 with an extra $15 for wispy add-ons on any set. Lash lifts and tints are also offered, with a lift and tint at $90, a lift alone at $75 and a tint alone at $20. A lift curls and lifts natural lashes and is described as lasting up to six to eight weeks.

Brow services include brow waxing for $25 (about 15 minutes) and brow lamination with wax and tint for $75 (about 45 minutes). Refills are priced by the time that has passed since the full set, starting at $55 for classic, $70 for hybrid, $80 for light volume and $95 for a two-week volume refill, and every refill requires at least 40% lash retention. Clients who are unsure whether they need a new set or a refill, or whose preferred time is booked, can text or call (617) 356-7790.

A deposit is required to secure an appointment and is non-refundable; canceling forfeits it. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the card is charged 50% of the booked service. A no-show or same-day no-call is charged the full appointment, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which the appointment is canceled and 50% is charged. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
