Facials form the largest group. They range from a 30-minute express facial and a 40-minute mini facial for ages 9 to 15, through signature, acne and anti-aging facials, to dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and HydraFacial treatments. A Manly Man Facial, priced at $99, includes brow and nose hair trimming.

Lash and brow services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions, with fills at one, two and three weeks, lash lifts and tinting, and temporary party lashes that last up to seven days. Brow options include shaping, tinting, henna, lamination as an alternative to microblading, and microblading touch-ups for existing clients. Permanent makeup covers lip blush and ombre brow touch-ups.

A consultation is offered for $30 and includes a skin analysis and a customized treatment plan, in person or by video. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, and guests may wait quietly in the lobby during appointments. Young children and pets are not allowed. Missed appointments are charged 100 percent of the service, and cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours carries a fee of 50 percent of the service. The business does not give refunds. Travel to the Memphis area starts at $125, with travel to nearby cities priced separately, and the travel fee and half the service must be paid within 48 hours of booking.

The business also offers a Spa Party Host service for a minimum of four guests, at $500 for four hours, which includes one add-on such as a brow tint, paraffin hand treatment or strip lashes, plus champagne and room for food and decor. Lash training is a one-day course for 8 hours at $550, covering sanitation, extension types, technique and business ideas, with a kit and lunch included. A $200 deposit is non-refundable and is due at booking, and the balance is paid at the start of class. Lash training can be paid through Cash App or PayPal.

Visits begin with a skin analysis and a plan shaped around the client, and the business also offers that consultation virtually.
