Shaping and waxing are quick, while henna darkens brow hair and suits sparser brows. Brow lamination and tint can be combined with henna and shaping in a single visit.
Semi-permanent brow makeup is a longer session that takes about two to three hours, with topical numbing applied during the procedure. Before and after photos are taken for these clients, and touch-ups are scheduled six to eight weeks after the first appointment. The studio does not accept payment plans, and an aftercare guide is sent to each client after a procedure.
Booking uses a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit that goes toward the procedure fee on the day. Confirmation texts go out four days ahead, with reminders at three days and one day. Appointments can be moved up to three times with at least three days' notice, and clients should arrive within 15 minutes of their time. Guests are not permitted because the studio is small.
Brow shape is agreed with the client through photos and measurements before any semi-permanent work begins.
