Every visit begins with free lash mapping, which takes about five minutes and settles curl, length range and extension tier before the first extension goes on. The client approves the map before application. Each natural lash is isolated and worked on one at a time. A full set takes about 90 minutes and a refill about 60. Refills are booked every two to three weeks; past three weeks the visit is priced and booked as a new full set. A change in style or density at refill needs the full 90-minute slot.

Extensions come in four tiers, named for how many extensions are fanned onto each natural lash: classic 1D, 2D–3D mix, 4D–5D volume and 6D+ mega volume. Full sets are listed at $120 classic, $150 mix, $170 volume and $180 mega volume, with refills at $100, $130, $140 and $150. The refill price follows the tier currently being worn. First visits receive $20 off any service, and first-visit set prices are $100 classic, $130 mix, $150 volume and $160 mega volume. The studio says its mix and volume sets are among the most frequently booked.

Brow lamination takes 45 to 60 minutes, is done seated and holds for roughly six to eight weeks. Lamination reshapes the brow hair already there and does not add hair. Patch tests are available on request, and brows can be added to a lash visit at booking. Lamination should not be repeated more often than every six weeks.

Clients who already wear extensions from another salon can text a clear daylight photo first so the studio can advise whether to fill, remove or start a new set. Sound work can be filled if enough is left. Removal dissolves extensions off with a gel or cream remover instead of pulling them, takes about 20 minutes, and is priced the same for other salons' work. It is free when a new set is booked for the same visit. The studio also offers lash extension training, one student at a time, in four modules covering foundation, volume, UV-cured technique and business, which can be taken together or separately. Training includes live-model practice, all materials and a certificate of completion; the studio notes that this certificate is not a New York State license.

The studio maps density, length and eye shape before application, based on the view that a heavier set is not automatically the better one.
