Rosie Noyce Bella Rose Hair Studio

Rosie Noyce operates two locations. Hello Gorgeous Salon in Pleasant Hill has been co-owned by the owner since 2018. Bella Rose Hair Studio in Brentwood has been the owner's private studio since 2023, and it sits inside Vanity Salon Suites in downtown Brentwood. The owner worked at a salon for nine years before co-opening a salon with a fellow stylist, and has been a licensed cosmetologist since December 2009.

The menu is grouped into color services, cutting and styling, and hair extensions. Color work covers all color types, including blondes, brunettes, reds, vibrant shades, and balayage and ombre. Color services can be booked alone or combined with a haircut, with partial and full highlight options. Balayage, ombre, and color correction are priced after an inquiry because they depend on the look and the hair.

Cutting and styling includes women's haircuts, wash and style, deep conditioning, special occasion styling, and Brazilian Blowout. Extensions are a specialty, and the studio is a Bellami-focused service: it installs Bellami extensions using K-Tip, Sew-In, and Tape-In methods, with 16-inch and 18-inch K-Tip options. Pricing varies with length, thickness, and the desired look, so clients are asked to get in touch first.

Booking is online through Vagaro, and the salon also takes calls and email. Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged half the service price, payable before the next appointment, and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving 15 minutes or more late is treated as a cancellation with a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee, and sessions may be shortened for late arrivals so following appointments stay on time.
