Hair cutting and color are the core of the salon. Stylists are grouped into junior, advanced and senior tiers, and prices are set by tier, so a cut, color or highlight service costs differently depending on who performs it. Junior stylist prices start at $20 for a child cut, $30 for a male cut, $35 for a shampoo style, $40 for a female cut, $60 for an express highlight, $70 for color, $85 for a partial highlight, $115 for a full highlight, $115 for partial and color, and $120 for balayage. Advanced and senior pricing sits higher across the same services.

Add-on services cover bang and neck trims, chin, lip and brow waxing, flat iron, wave or curl styling, a botanical service, toner, special occasion updos, and keratin treatments. The salon offers Keratin Complex treatments in two lengths, Keratin Express and Keratin Full.

Appointments are held Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation or reschedule without that notice is charged at 50% of the service rate.
