Microneedling uses very fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin, and can be done on the face, or the face, neck and chest. A version with platelet-derived growth factors added during treatment is also offered, which the clinic describes as reducing downtime. Chemical peels include the VI Peel line, a medium-depth multi-ingredient peel used for sun damage, melasma, acne scarring, fine lines and enlarged pores. VI Peel patients receive an aftercare kit, and peeling usually starts around days 2 to 3 and lasts about five to six days.

Pricing is listed per treatment, with series options where offered. Payment can be made in cash, by credit or debit card, through Apple Pay, or with Cherry financing, and payment plans are available. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; a card on file is charged $150 for late cancellations or no-shows.
