The facial menu is the core of the spa. Six facials are offered to new clients, including the Oxygen Renewal Treatment, which uses powdered oxygen, peptides and antioxidants along with AI skin analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, serums and an SPF moisturizer. Oxygen versions can be paired with LED light therapy in red or blue, or with diamond tip microdermabrasion. The Essential Renewal Treatment is designed for all skin types and uses micro-sonic cleansing, ultrasonic exfoliation, optional extractions and multi-masking, with the same LED and microdermabrasion pairings available. Glo2Facial and the Aerolase Neo Elite Laser Facial are also on the menu, and the spa offers facials customized for men.

Laser and skin tightening make up a large share of the menu. The Aerolase Neo Elite laser is used for both facial and body work, with services addressing acne, pigmentation, redness, scars, tightening, ingrown hairs, unwanted hair, psoriasis and general skin rejuvenation. Several of these are series: the site lists five to six weekly or monthly sessions for acne, redness and scarring, and six to ten sessions every four weeks for hair reduction. The salon states that Aerolase involves no downtime. Skin tightening options include radio frequency, Jet Plasma, microcurrent and cryo treatments, plus cool lifting facials and a Spa Matrix Cryo Facial that alternates cold and warm cycles from a handheld wand. The No-Peel-Peel (Advanced Pro Peel) is described as involving no downtime and no peeling, with four or more treatments spaced seven to fourteen days apart recommended. The traditional Essential Renewal Peel involves common flaking and peeling, and a 7-Day Post Treatment Kit is sold for home use after the RDS peel.

Body and wellness services include the Red Light Full Body Treatment, which uses Trifecta Pro 450 light therapy with sound frequencies and ends with a whole-body vibrational session, along with Body Polish, CryoContour Body Sculpting, the Relax Back Detox, and a Back'ne Treatment that can be added to a facial. Wellness options include Halo Sauna, Pressotherapy IR, CLAS Therapy, Zerobody Cryo Dry Float, Body Massage in 60 or 90 minute sessions, and Weekend Yoga. Each facial begins with a New Client Laser Treatment Assessment or a New Client Wellness Assessment, and the esthetician reviews a client health questionnaire at consultation.

Memberships come in Silver, Gold and Platinum facial levels, plus a Wellness Membership, with monthly pricing listed for each. Facial and six- or twelve-month members receive VIP access, a monthly eye, lip or neck treatment choice, a monthly eyebrow wax, product samples and light refreshments, and they are entered into quarterly client drawings. Payment can be made through HSA or FSA funds in partnership with Truemed, or through Cherry financing. Memberships are billed monthly by ACH or credit card; cash, checks and debit cards are not accepted. Memberships and packages are non-refundable, can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

The spa starts each visit with an assessment or AI skin analysis, then builds treatments around what it finds. Estheticians email home care instructions and product recommendations after treatments.

Clients are greeted by their esthetician and taken to a private room.
