Roseanne Ivette operates from Salon Coronado at 2870 Delaware Avenue in Kenmore. The menu covers haircuts, color, styling, eyebrow waxing and tinting, and specialty hair for events, with a plum color service called The Jasmine Experience and an Olaplex curl treatment among the longer options.

New clients book a first-time visit of about 105 minutes that includes a shampoo, a treatment, a haircut or trim and a style. Color consultations take place at that first appointment as well. Bookings are made only through the website, not by phone, email or Facebook message. Hours run Tuesday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday until 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Morning and evening times can be requested.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, which needs approval before the appointment. A credit card is required from every client to hold a booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show carries a 100% fee and prevents rebooking. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late are asked to reschedule. No refunds are given on services, product sales are final and gift card sales are final.

Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount.
