Booking is done in person or online. A credit card is required from all clients, and many services take a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead incur half the service price, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full price. Services are not refunded, and product and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Memberships include Kids Club, at $130 a month for two wash and style services, and Root Touch Up Club, a root touch up and style every four weeks; clients who miss or cancel a visit leave the club.

Hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
