The color menu covers single process, double process with bleach and toner, partial and full foil work, half-head balayage, face frame foils, root retouches, and glazes for added tone and shine. The salon uses Olaplex in its color services, which it says is formulated to protect hair from chemical damage. Haircuts are offered for men, women and children aged 10 and younger, along with beard trims and buzz cuts. Blowouts, updos, iron work and curls, deep conditioning or bonding treatments, and hot towel shaves round out the menu. Bridal updos are quoted on inquiry.
Prices are starting prices. The final cost can rise with hair length, texture or added services, and the number of color sessions needed to reach a particular result may vary. Clients who want a dependable recurring routine can join the VIP program, which takes 20% off after three consecutive recurring appointments, for as long as the run continues. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client $10 off their next service, though it cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to retail items.
Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Late cancellations carry a fee of 25 percent. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, or not showing up, requires a 50 percent deposit toward a future service, and that deposit is non-refundable inside the 24-hour window. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services honored at the stylist's discretion. Service adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the first appointment, and extra charges may apply. Under the child safety policy, only clients receiving services may be present at their appointment times.
