The Dallas studio is on Herbert Street, and the Carrollton studio is inside Gift Hair Extensions on East Belt Line Road. Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and the salon is closed on Sundays.

The salon is a Certified Aveda salon and uses only Aveda products, with Aveda Full Spectrum as its color system. Extension services are performed exclusively with Gift Hair Extensions, which the salon describes as ethically sourced. Extension hair is not included in service prices and can be bought in the salon or through Gift Hair Extensions.

New clients complete an intake form when booking, ahead of the appointment date, in place of a separate consultation. Clients may switch stylists for each service.
