The menu covers men's, women's and curly cuts, a range of color from single-process retouches and gloss to all-over, custom and lived-in color, and foil highlights in partial and full formulas. Styling options run from a basic blowout to wash-and-style with tools and evening styling for events. Scalp services include exfoliation, custom scalp treatments, scalp and hair loss analysis, and a scalp refresh. Brow and lip waxing is also offered, along with brow tinting and shaping. Signature add-ons include the Dallas Treatment, which builds texture with a long-lasting effect, and the Crystal Halo Treatment, a shampoo scrub for hair and scalp. Detox, Malibu and repair treatments are available as well, suited to hair affected by hard water, chlorine, product build-up or chemical and heat damage.

Hours are Monday 11 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice, with a fee of 50% of the scheduled service for shorter notice. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours ahead, and clients who arrive 15 minutes late without notice are treated as no-shows, which are charged the full service cost. Clients running late are asked to call, as late arrivals may shorten the service.
