It presents its rituals as suited to everyone, including men dealing with thinning hair, scalp concerns or everyday stress. Each ritual is carried out by a dedicated practitioner in a private suite and adjusted to what the scalp needs that day. Guests are commonly advised to return every four to six weeks.

A typical visit covers a scalp analysis, an aromatherapy cleanse, a treatment, scalp and neck massage, a Halo Water rinse, conditioning and a blow dry. Rituals run roughly 50 to 90 minutes. Guests are asked to arrive with unwashed, fully detangled hair and to come 10 to 15 minutes early; each ritual includes a few minutes of light detangling, and an Extra Detangling add-on can be booked for hair that needs more time. Parking is free in the building's on-site lot, with no meters or time limits.

Booking is online with instant confirmation. Walk-ins are not accepted, but guests can join a waitlist for the next available appointment. A valid credit card secures each reservation, and payment is collected in person at the end of the visit by card or cash. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. Guests under 12 are not accepted, and guests aged 12 and older need a parent or legal guardian present for the whole appointment. Expecting guests are welcome up to 26 weeks; they should mention pregnancy at booking, be comfortable lying flat for 50 to 75 minutes and sign a waiver. Pets are not permitted in the lounge.

Each ritual is shaped around what the scalp needs on the day of the visit, with care aimed at the scalp, skin, senses and overall wellbeing.

Private suites keep each visit to a single guest in a quiet setting, and guests are asked to keep conversation low and silence their phones.
