Every visit begins with a consultation covering a patient's goals, medical history and safety considerations. From there, the team designs a personalized treatment plan. The consultation also reviews the available options, weighing the pros and cons of each, and the team continues to support patients throughout the plan. The practice states that its treatments are performed by trained, board-certified clinicians and certified estheticians.

The medical side covers injectables, Sculptra, lasers and lights, diVa laser treatment, threads, minor skin procedures, vein treatments, Kybella and PCDC, biostimulatory therapy, CoolSculpting, BroadBand Light therapy, advanced medical screening, hair restoration, medical evaluation and management, hormone replacement therapy and medically supervised weight loss. The aesthetic side covers chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, facials and aesthetician coaching through a Specialty Toolbox. Facials are built on a custom plan for each client's skin needs and goals, using Skin Focus, Glytone and Avène products.

The Exclusive Skin Membership costs $275 per month. Each membership visit is a 90-minute session with an aesthetician, either a Source Custom Facial with LED light therapy plus two facial add-ons, or a DermeLuxx Hydrodermabrasion Facial. Members get 20% off aesthetician services, 10% off select medical services and 15% off retail. Benefits also include a quarterly VISIA skin analysis, a $50 retail credit during the birthday month, and a $75 retail credit for each new client they refer. To sign up, use the contact form. One unused visit may be rolled over once and used within 60 days of the draft date. A visit canceled with less than 2 business days notice may be forfeited. One freeze is allowed per calendar year for a $50 fee, which is waived for extenuating circumstances with 15 days notice. Ending the membership requires 15 days notice and a $100 fee, also waived for extenuating circumstances.

Financing applications are available for treatments, and CoolSculpting can be financed through Cherry. The practice also sells home care skincare products through its skincare store.
