Extensions are a central part of the salon. Its own R+G Extensions line is 100% human hair, sold as hand-tied wefts and genius wefts, and Kayla and Melissa chose the shades together. Every R+G color is stocked in the salon. Clients can book a complimentary consultation to see and feel the hair in person.

Visits are by appointment. Clients can book online by choosing a stylist and service, or by calling or texting 734-304-4172. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and some Saturdays 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Guests are offered a complimentary beverage. A card must be on file to book, and changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice by text or call. Changes made without that notice are charged half the reserved total, and same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged the full service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may lose the reservation. Color, toner or cut adjustment requests must be made within five days of the appointment. Extension deposits are nonrefundable, and the salon does not offer refunds.
