Before recommending a plan, stylists take time to learn about a client's lifestyle, goals and how much upkeep they want. The team puts quality ahead of volume and craftsmanship ahead of shortcuts, and stylists regularly take further training and share techniques with one another.

Work centers on lived-in color, blonding, brunette services, precision cuts and hair extensions for women and men of all ages. Balayage can be hand painted or foiled, and grey coverage is available with permanent color, with grey blending done through highlights or lowlights. The salon describes its services as premium and worth the investment.

Prices are starting rates set for each guest, and extra color charges may apply depending on how much product is used. The River Market location has a parking lot across the street, and two-hour metered street parking is available on West 5th St. The Waldo location also has massage therapists and yoga instructors on its team.
