Bookings are made through a Square scheduling page linked from the studio's website. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and on Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM with an evening session from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. It is closed Saturday through Monday.

Color makes up most of the menu, from root-applied grey coverage and gloss treatments to foiling and full blonding. Cuts run from short haircut shaping to long-hair trims. A free 30-minute consultation can be booked before a service. For a larger color change, Total Transformation combines a consultation with a full-service session that runs about four to four and a half hours; its price varies. The studio describes its services as high-end hair care.

The studio uses Arete and O&M professional color and care lines, which are sold exclusively through Simply Organic Beauty. The studio says these product lines are high-performing, gentle, eco-friendly and never tested on animals. eGift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are delivered by email or text, and group gift cards let several people pool money for one recipient.

The studio accepts nominations for Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) charities in four areas: food and nutrition, housing and homelessness, free healthcare and medical research, and non-violent ex-offender rehab. Starting in 2026, one nominated charity is chosen each quarter to receive a private donation from the studio.

Each style is built around the individual client, with the aim of enhancing their natural beauty.
