Every visit starts with a consultation so the stylist can assess hair condition and recommend services. For color, that conversation covers goals, lifestyle, hair history and maintenance preferences, and guests are welcome to bring reference photos. Stylists take time to learn how each guest wears their hair before suggesting a cut or color, and the salon works with all hair types and textures. Color appointments usually run about 1.5 to 4 hours and end with a personalized blowout.

Hair extensions are made to suit the individual. Pieces are cut from human hair matched to the client's color and sold by the weft rather than as preset bundles, with tape-in, hand-tied, hidden-row, invisible bead, beaded weft, fusion and clip-in options. A consultation comes before installation, sometimes on the same day, and installation usually takes 2 to 4 hours. The salon suggests maintenance visits every 6 to 8 weeks. Same-day extensions are available at both locations. The Head Spa, a Japanese scalp-health treatment starting at $140 at both locations, begins with a scalp analysis under a microscopic camera and moves through detox cleansing, deep cleansing hair baths, targeted scalp treatments, a head, neck and shoulder massage, aromatherapy steam and a scalp mask. For clients with extensions, the service is adjusted to protect the rows and bonds. According to the salon, Head Spa is delivered by licensed cosmetologists trained and certified in advanced scalp health.

Skin care starts with a free consultation, where the team builds a tailored skin plan around each client's concerns, objectives and how much they want to do. Choices include customized facials (among them a teen facial and a men's facial), chemical peels, microneedling with SkinPen and SkinPen Microneedling Plus, a Micro-Infusion Glass Facial, and Jet Plasma and Fiberblast as add-ons. Guests visiting for the first time can book the New Guest Facial and Consultation, which pairs a customized facial with suggestions for a treatment plan. Of Oxana's locations, Mt. Juliet is the only one that offers massage, wellness and body treatments. There, guests can choose Swedish massage, lymphatic massage in 50- or 80-minute sessions, cupping, dry brushing, hot stone treatments, or time in an infrared sauna. Massage is performed by licensed massage therapists. Add-ons such as dry brushing or cupping can lengthen a visit by 10 to 15 minutes.

Mt. Juliet is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed Sunday. Free parking is available at both locations. Guests can book hair, nails, facials, med spa treatments and Head Spa in a single visit.

Stylists start with a consultation to learn each guest's hair, habits and goals before recommending services, and med spa plans are built around skin concerns, goals and comfort level.
