The salon offers haircuts, dimensional color, blonding, vivid color, styling, smoothing treatments, healthy-hair services, and extensions. Every stylist can handle haircuts, facial waxing, brow tints, treatments, and color. Stylists do not offer men's grooming or clipper cuts unless a guest arranges it directly with a stylist.

Services are by appointment, and hours depend on the stylist and their availability. Guests can book online through Vagaro or text the concierge with questions. Office hours run from 9 AM to 4 PM, and messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day. Pricing depends on the service, the stylist's level, hair density, time, and the products needed.

Pearl+Strand is the extension studio within the salon and makes customized weft extensions for added length, volume, and dimension. Every new extension guest begins with a free consultation, followed by a personalized plan, custom color matching and ordering, installation, and move-up appointments about every six weeks.

The salon offers e-gift cards through its Vagaro profile. Holiday-envelope gift cards are available seasonally for pickup after calling ahead.
