Services are grouped into five sections: adult full head, adult half head, general, kid's full head and kid's half head. The general section holds the larger appointments, including interloc work for traditional locs, micro installation, sista locs and micro locs retie, insta locs, a six-hour combing out session, and a sista locs installment for six to eight inches. The other sections cover retwists, starter locs and style services sized by head and length.

New clients book under the new or transfer client package for their first visit. Returning clients who have gone more than four months without a retwist are treated as new clients and book the same way. Several retwist and starter loc services do not include style, so styling is listed as its own service.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 7:30pm, Friday 9am to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Monday is listed as open, without set hours.
