The salon's philosophy connects hair, body and spirit and treats a guest's presence and energy as part of the care. Scalp rituals are central: a cleanse and reset, a guided scalp facial with breathwork and aromatherapy, and tiered scalp rituals chosen by need, from maintenance to deep restoration for dryness, buildup or sensitivity. Suggested return times are every two to four weeks for loose natural styles, two to six weeks for twists, and four to eight weeks for loc maintenance.

New guests start with a New Guest Consultation Session, which includes a hair and scalp assessment, a cleansing ritual, a blow-dry and a custom care plan. A shorter express consultation is also offered virtually as a standalone booking. Walk-ins are not turned away, though services may be adjusted in the moment to hair needs, timing and maintenance. Additional guests need to be agreed on in advance.

Braiding and loc work are a major part of the menu, including Tanahovo Ancestral Braids, cornrows, seasonal creative braids, two strand twists customized to texture, density and wear time, loc retwists, interloc maintenance and starter locs. Extension hair is provided for select braid and twist services, and any extension hair must meet the salon's standards and be confirmed before the appointment. Workshops on textured hair care, scalp health and embodied awareness are also offered, and other custom rituals are available by inquiry only.

Changes made two or more calendar days ahead carry no fee. Later changes, rescheduling and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a full fee, and repeated rescheduling of one appointment may require a deposit for future sessions. Guests get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; later arrivals may have a shortened session or a rescheduled one, with applicable fees.
