Hair is the core of the business. Haircut and styling visits begin with a personalized consultation, and clients may bring photos of looks they like. Coloring starts with a one-on-one talk about goals, upkeep and hair history. Repair and smoothing treatments include Kérastase, K18, Milbon and keratin options, and the salon lists Cezanne and Lasio keratin treatments as formaldehyde free. Extensions are priced by consultation and come in tape-in, K-tip and I-tip, hot heads, braidless sew-in, tied sew-in and hair piece styles.

Beyond hair, the salon offers barbering, makeup, brow and lash services, waxing and threading, manicures and pedicures, a medical pedicure and a single-tooth whitening session. Makeup is offered to women and men for events such as weddings, formal functions, media appearances and photo shoots. Bridal services include hair and makeup trials and day-of styling. Off-site service brings the salon to a client's home, office or chosen location, and a customized Roman K Beauty Party is available for groups of any size.

Booking can be made by phone or through the online booking system. Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead; appointments canceled within 24 hours, including no-shows, are charged 50% of the service cost. An online quiz can match new clients with a stylist based on hair type, lifestyle and goals.

The salon says it combines continuing education with consultations tailored to each client's style and lifestyle, and it tailors each service from the first consultation to the final touch. For highlights and color correction, it may suggest a multi-visit plan when a single visit would strain the hair.
