Services run from kids' cuts such as The Rocker Cut and The Diva Cut, to baby's first haircuts, which include a photo and a small envelope for the first curls. Guys can book a Rock Star Style with a shampoo, neck, mustache or goatee trim and a style, and women can choose a Rock Star Style Cut or a blow dry. Additional services for ladies include braids, up-dos, root touch-ups and partial or full highlights. Hot tools can be added for a small extra charge, and a blow dry and style can be added to most services.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with the salon closed Mondays and Sundays. Sundays are by appointment only. Morning happy hour runs Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm, with 30% off kids' cuts; the discount does not apply to Nadia's services or on major holidays. Bookings are made by emailing appointments@rockncuts.com, and the phone number is +1 (310) 740-9940.

The salon also has a loyalty program, The Rock'n Cuts Club, and staff can explain how it works. Retail products include brushes, gels, shampoos, conditioners and hair treatments, along with branded tees. Children can enjoy Dippin' Dots ice cream.
