ROBiN SKIN STUDIO

The studio is in the upstairs loft of Lucas Salon at 124 SW 1st Ave, reached by the salon's back staircase. The space is upstairs and reached by stairs only, so it is not ADA accessible. It is described as relaxed and welcoming. Complimentary client parking is available behind the studio during appointments, a paid lot sits next to the building, metered street parking is nearby, and the MAX train stops one block away.

The studio focuses mainly on mature skin, sensitivity and long-term skin health. Facials are built around each client's skin, and the Custom Facial 60 and 75 vary in length, with the longer version adding time for hydration and barrier support and optional enzymes, dermaplaning, specialty masks, LED or ultrasound. DMK Enzyme Therapy uses an enzyme masque that firms as it sets. Oxygen Infusion Therapy combines exfoliation, oxygenation, low-intensity ultrasound, lymphatic massage, LED light and a sheet mask, and can be paired with dermaplaning. New clients can start with an in-depth consultation followed by a customized facial and home care advice. Chemical peels are chosen for pigmentation, uneven texture, acne and dullness, and each one is adjusted to the client's skin. Some treatments involve little to no downtime, while others may leave a couple of days of redness or light peeling. Acne is handled with a customized plan.

Treatments are paired with a steady home skincare routine. Booking is by appointment only and is made online through Vagaro. Clients who cannot find a suitable time can text the studio at 503-208-5476. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours ahead, using the original booking email, or by emailing the studio. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the appointment total regardless of reason, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price of the booked service, and appointments cannot be transferred to another person. Arriving 15 or more minutes late means the client cannot be seen and must reschedule with the full service charged, and arriving late may result in a modified treatment at full price.

The shop sells skincare from brands including Environ, SIV, Omnilux, iS Clinical, Hydrinity, Dermathod, Corthe and KrX. A VIP section carries professional brands such as DMK Skincare, SkinBetter Science and NOON.
