The practice has been in business since 1991. It began in Burlingame and later added a second location in San Carlos, which is where it operates today at Suite F on Laurel Street.

Permanent hair removal is done by electrolysis, which is delivered as a series of treatments. The number of sessions depends on how much hair is to be removed and other individual factors. A complimentary consultation comes first, and it includes a short treatment and a plan of action so the client can see what working together would look like.

Skin care treatments are offered alongside electrolysis. The personalized clinical facial is planned around each client's individual needs rather than a single standard protocol. According to the practice, electrolysis suits all skin types and hair colors, whereas laser hair removal is better suited to dark hair and light skin.

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The practice is closed Friday through Sunday. It serves women, men and teens.

Treatment plans are tailored to each client, since the number of electrolysis sessions and the skin care steps depend on individual needs.
