The salon works with natural and organic skin care, aiming for treatments that help clients relax and feel refreshed. It uses Eminence Organic Skin Care, PCA Skin products for chemical peels, and Jean d'Arcel Cosmetique among its skin care lines. The salon describes Eminence as an award-winning organic line and says salon professionals voted it the best skin care line for ten years running, and it describes PCA SKIN as a leader in chemical peels with more than 25 years of formulation.
The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute LumiLift treatment that uses microcurrent, LED and radio frequency. Clients can choose a Soli-Tone LED light therapy session, a diamond-tipped microdermabrasion facial, a HydraFacial, or the Triple Treat Flawless Facial, which combines microdermabrasion, HydraFacial and LED light therapy. A teen facial is offered for guests under 19 and includes 15 minutes of blue LED light, and a Gentlemen's facial is designed for men's skin.
Hair removal uses both hard and soft wax, along with threading, across the face and body. Clients are asked to allow at least two weeks of growth between hair removal treatments and to mention Accutane, Retin A or other harsh skin medications before a waxing or threading appointment.
Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and the card on file is charged 50% of the service for late cancellations or changes. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service, and day spa packages require 48 hours' notice. Gift cards can only be used at the location where they were bought, and photos and videos are not allowed on the premises.
The salon describes its approach as natural, organic skin care, with treatments meant to relax and renew clients.
