New guests should choose the New Guest Hair Services menu when booking online, which leaves extra time to talk through goals and daily routines. Pricing reflects each stylist's years of experience and education, and stylists are grouped into Tiers 1 through 4. Haircut length is set by the length of the hair, so guests who are unsure of their length are advised to book the mid-length service.

Color is planned around lifestyle, face shape, skin tone and the result a guest wants, and often blends several techniques. Wash and blowdry services can finish a color appointment or refresh hair in between visits. Special occasion styling includes a wash, blowdry and curl.

The salon partners with Kevin Murphy and Innersense for products chosen to reduce waste, offers 20% off when clients bring plastic bottles to refill, and works with Salon Cycle to recycle most products, including plastic bottles and hair from the floor. Gift cards are sold on the website, and a referral program gives both the referrer and the new guest a $10 credit toward their next service.

Policies: cancellation fees go directly to the service provider and the salon keeps none of them. The salon does not offer refunds but may redo a service, and clients should get in touch within two weeks of a hair appointment.
