Every visit begins with an in-depth consultation, where the stylist talks through what the client wants and exact quotes are given. Pricing depends on the stylist's experience and how complex the service is, and extensions are priced after consultation. New clients are asked to bring inspiration photos, since some transformations take multiple sessions. Clients can book online or by phone, and a waitlist is available when a preferred stylist is booked. Same-day appointments can be made up to one hour before the start time.

Products are non-toxic and chosen for scalp-friendly use. The salon describes its experience as upscale yet approachable, and its atmosphere as high-end without feeling pretentious.
