The salon says its mission is friendly, personal service from skilled and creative professionals, and it puts relationships first. Stylists take time to learn what each client needs and wants, and the salon describes teamwork as its most valuable asset. Stylists are trained in current cutting and color techniques from Davines and Sachajuan.

Color is priced by service, with Level 1 base color starting at $110 and full highlights starting at $185. The salon notes that prices vary with the length and thickness of the hair, and color for long or thick hair runs $10 to $20 more per service. Level 1 women's haircut and style is $90, a short women's cut is $75 and a men's haircut is $60. Owner-level haircuts are priced higher. Smoothing with QiQi is priced from $325 to $425 depending on length and thickness, and luxury hair extensions begin with a consultation.

Booking is through an appointment request form, which also lists Bellami K-Tip extensions as an option. Confirmations go out by text and email 48 hours before the appointment. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the reserved appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service amount.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Stylists are offered a sliding scale commission structure, and insurance is available to full-time employees.

The salon says it partners with Davines for sustainable practices, including carbon-neutral production and eco-friendly packaging. Sachajuan products contain Ocean Silk Technology, which the brand describes as built on proteins and minerals from sea algae. Bellami extensions are described as double-drawn 100% Remy human hair.
