Ritz XV describes its care as physician-led, with aesthetic medicine and longevity medicine combined in one practice. It opened in 2017 and is located at 2525 Wallingwood Dr, Building 15, Suite 1501, in the Westlake area of Austin. The founding physician oversees every treatment and trains the clinical team.

The practice offers a wide range of aesthetic care: wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau, with the practice recommending one based on a client's goals and how they have responded before), dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, HydraNeedling, topical exosome therapy, fat dissolving injections, chemical peels, PDO threads, and facials. Wrinkle relaxers are used for forehead lines, lines between the brows, crow's feet, and tension in the upper shoulders. Dermal fillers can be placed in the temples, under the eyes, cheeks, jawline, chin, lips, hands, and earlobes, and hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved at no charge when the practice placed it. Laser hair removal is not offered. For skin tightening and tone, Morpheus8 RF microneedling costs $1,200 per treatment or $3,000 for three on the face, and $1,250 per treatment or $3,500 for three on the face and neck. Smaller areas, such as around the eyes or mouth, are priced after a consultation. A numbing appointment takes place about an hour before treatment. Clients can expect roughly two days of redness, then dryness or flaking, and most return to makeup around 36 hours after treatment. Results develop over about three months, and most clients book a series of three. Forma radiofrequency is needle-free with no downtime; Morpheus8 is the deeper option. Other choices include Lumecca IPL photofacials, SkinPen, and PRP and PRF treatments, including PRP joint injections, PRP or PRF for hair regrowth, and PRF EZ Gel. The practice is a licensed provider of Vampire Facial and Vampire Facelift treatments. Facials include Eternal Youth Elixir (anti-aging), Diamond Dew (hydrating, with a 2% retinol moisturizer), Radiance Refinement (for hyperpigmentation and brightness, with vitamin C mesotherapy), and Crystal Clear Complexion (for oily, acne-prone, or congested skin). The IV menu covers Ageless Vitality, Aqua Luxe Hydration IV Boost, Luminous Glow Revival, Purifying Revitalizer, Myers' Cocktail, and Nausea-Nix Nutriboost, which contains ondansetron with B vitamins and minerals. According to the practice, Myers' Cocktail may help with immunity, cold and flu prevention, fatigue, sports performance, and hangovers. Aesthetic memberships are billed monthly: $125 (Ritzy Rookie, 10% off aesthetic treatments and skincare), $185 (Loyal Luxie, 15% off), and $285 (Ageless A-Lister, 20% off). Payments are deposited into a patient wallet that covers treatments and skincare. Unused funds are removed one year after each deposit, and an email notice is sent first. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but discounts applied in the three months before cancellation may be charged back. Longevity memberships are separate. Metabolic Membership and the Aesthetic Member Longevity Upgrade cost $99 per month with a three-month minimum, Longevity Core costs $199 per month with a six-month minimum, and Longevity Reserve costs $345 per month with a six-month minimum. Peptides are sold by the vial at member pricing and are not part of the monthly fees. Weight management is described by the practice as aimed at helping clients lose weight and keep it off. Support includes nutrition counseling, exercise guidance, and medication management. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are offered to suitable candidates, and the practice states these are third-party tested. Plans are personalized. The Weight Loss Program Kit includes low dose naltrexone, sermorelin, and a sublingual spray of B vitamins and amino acids. The Skinny Shot is a monthly injection of vitamins, amino acids, and compounds that support metabolism. Bookings can be made by phone, text, or email.
