Dr. Stierman provides medical direction for the treatments offered here, which licensed medical staff either carry out themselves or oversee. Laser, radiofrequency and resurfacing procedures begin with a consultation and need a provider's approval. Peptide therapy also starts with a consultation and a medical evaluation by a licensed provider, and nothing is prescribed until that evaluation is complete. The medical weight loss program covers a medical evaluation, lab work, individually tailored dosing and continuing check-ins.

The injectable menu covers Botox and Dysport, which are FDA-approved neurotoxins, and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane. Fillers are offered for the lips, cheekbones, jawline, chin, under-eye area and smile lines, and a numbing cream is applied beforehand. Botox typically begins to show within a few days with full effects in one to two weeks, and effects usually last around three to four months. Dysport can show in as little as two to three days and lasts a similar period. Hyaluronic acid fillers can last from about six months to two years, depending on the product and the individual.

Skin treatments are built around the Candela Matrix platform, which includes Sublime, Sublative RF and Matrix Pro RF microneedling, plus the Glacē Facial, a 30 to 45 minute treatment with diamond-tip exfoliation, a two-phase serum infusion, dual cupping massage and LED light therapy, with no downtime. The Custom Facial is a 60-minute visit tailored to skin type and goals. Facial enhancements such as dermaplaning, chemical peel and lymphatic facial massage are available for an additional charge.

Three monthly memberships are offered at $199, $299 and $399. Each includes one Glacē or Custom Facial with dermaplaning a month and 20% off retail skincare and other services. The luxe tier adds one monthly Sublime Red Carpet Ready treatment, and the elite tier lets members choose a monthly Sublime Red Carpet Ready, Matrix Pro RF or Sublative resurfacing session. Memberships carry a six-month minimum, no enrollment fee, and monthly billing to a card on file. Members can change tiers at any time, pause for medical reasons or travel with written notice, and bank membership dollars toward injectables. Unused monthly amounts roll over as credit that expires 12 months after it is earned.

Through its Shot for Shot initiative, the practice says a portion of treatment profits goes toward vaccines for children in underserved communities. The practice also sells skincare, including the Alastin line.
