Services are grouped into face, brows and lashes, body, and intimate waxing. Face waxing covers brows, lip, chin, nose, cheeks, sideburns, neck and a full face. Body waxing covers underarms, arms, back, chest, stomach and nipples, and intimate waxing covers bikini lines, Brazilian waxing and butt strip or full butt waxing, offered for clients with a vagina or a penis. Intimate services take place in a private room and use single-use applicators.

A visit starts with skin preparation, then a wax chosen for the client's skin. Services are finished with a calming botanical oil, aloe balm or a cooling mask, and the appointment ends with a soothing close. Gentle hard wax is used on the face so it grips the hair rather than the skin, and low-temperature hard wax is used for delicate facial skin.

Clients can book online at any hour, by phone or by text. Because the door is kept locked, clients text the studio on arrival. Appointments are paid after the visit, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the services that would have been completed. There is a 10-minute grace period after the start time, and no refunds are given.

Brow Coven and High Priestess packages and monthly memberships are available. The Brow Coven 5-session package is 5 eyebrow sessions for $65, and the High Priestess 5-session package is 5 full-face sessions for $225; both are valid for 365 days. The studio describes the High Priestess package as its most-loved bundle. Gift cards can be sent by email in amounts from $25 and do not expire.

Ritual Wax builds each visit around gentle wax suited to the client's skin, careful finishing and a calm, unhurried close. Clients are asked to prepare their skin and hair in advance so each wax goes as planned.
