Facials are by appointment only. New clients get a 60 to 75 minute facial at $105, along with skincare regimen recommendations and a follow-up treatment plan. Advanced options run from a 75 minute Mini Enzyme facial at $149 to a 105 minute combined enzyme and microcurrent session at $200, and a 90 minute customized facial at $180 where the modalities and add-ons are chosen on the day. Dermaplaning is offered as a 75 minute facial at $139, and it is not recommended for first time clients.

Acne Boot Camp is a structured program for adult acne. It starts with a 60 to 75 minute consultation at $55, which includes an acne education video, a questionnaire, starting photos, a skin analysis, a sensitivity test, product selection and supplement recommendations where needed. Outside skincare products and certain prescription acne medications are not allowed during the program. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients may be treated with a doctor's note approving treatment and listing ingredients to avoid. The spa states that most clients see improvement within 3 to 6 months, with some acne types taking 10 to 12 months, and it claims a 90% success rate for most acne types.

The VIP Membership costs $105 per month and includes one 60 minute signature facial, three 15 minute LED light lounge sessions, imaging with a skin analysis at every third appointment, and access to a members lounge with massage chairs. Members receive 10% off retail products, facial add-ons and other services booked outside the membership. The membership has a six month minimum term with no refunds within it, then renews month to month. Members can gift one service during the initial term and up to two times per calendar year afterward.

Appointments need at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service value, and arriving more than 10 minutes late can mean rescheduling with the same fee. Product sales are final, and services are non-refundable. Only clients receiving services may be in the spa, so children and extra visitors are not permitted. The spa is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 2:30pm, with Tuesday by appointment only.
